Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, project management, or related discipline required.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with 4+ years in project management supporting R&D/clinical development.
• Experience planning and managing complex, cross-functional timelines from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain departmental timelines for Clinical Operations and Clinical Pharmacology across multiple studies and development programs.
• Build and administer Smartsheet solutions with integrated schedules and dashboards.
• Translate strategies into executable plans with activities, durations, owners, milestones, and critical-path visibility.
• Partner with program managers to align functional plans with integrated program timelines and governance.
• Integrate milestones for study start-up, site activation, enrollment, data review, database lock, and pharmacology deliverables with program timelines.
