Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in economics, statistics, applied math, business analytics, psychology, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in causal inference evaluations balancing rigor, feasibility, speed, and business relevance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytic or measurement plans.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Team development experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design of measurement strategies for pilots, programs, and enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align study designs, data requirements, outcome definitions, and reporting.
