ad+one, a growing NYC-based agency, seeks an Associate Director, Analytics to shape measurement strategy, evaluate media performance, and turn complex data into meaningful insights for smarter marketing decisions. This role demands strong analytical, technical, and strategic thinking with the ability to communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.

The position offers flexibility: local NYC in-office with a flexible schedule or full-time remote from US ET or CT.

Formación

• 8+ years in media analytics or marketing measurement.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and attribution.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead measurement strategy and reporting structures for client objectives.
• Assess media results across channels including TV, streaming, digital, paid social/search.
• Review studies and models like MMM, brand lift, incrementality.
• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for media investment.
• Collaborate with strategy and activation teams to inform planning and optimization.
• Own dashboards and reporting tools development and maintenance.
• Coordinate data integrations and automated reporting processes.
• Support junior team members and establish reporting standards.
