Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Associate Director - AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, and Generative AI transformation initiatives. This remote USA role focuses on architecting AI-enabled business solutions, guiding strategy, and delivering scalable outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define roadmaps, ensure governance, and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI across large enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 12+ years in solution/enterprise architecture or tech consulting.
• Hands-on Agentic AI frameworks and RAG with vector DBs.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and AI governance.
• Experience with executive-facing technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture engagements from discovery to adoption.
• Drive modernization and cloud-native transformations.
• Architect enterprise solutions on AWS/GCP using Java/Spring Boot.
• Design Generative AI solutions with modern AI frameworks and LLMs.
• Define roadmaps, POCs, and POVs aligning tech with business goals.
• Collaborate with executives, architects, and clients to deliver outcomes.
• Establish standards, governance, and security across programs.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams to foster innovation.
