Job summary

Blue Star Families is seeking an Associate Director, Advancement Services to lead data, reporting, and prospect research in a fully remote role within the Continental US. You’ll drive fundraising strategy by overseeing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, data hygiene, dashboards, and collaboration with frontline fundraisers and executive leadership.

Requirements include 5–7 years of fundraising experience and a bachelor’s degree, with proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, Salesforce, and Hive.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related fundraising experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as marketing, social work, English, communications, management, public relations, marketing, or commensurate with experience.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, Salesforce, and Hive or a proven ability to quickly learn and master these software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
