Blue Star Families is seeking an Associate Director, Advancement Services to lead data management, reporting, and prospect research in a fully remote role within the Continental US. You will drive fundraising strategy by ensuring data integrity, building dashboards, and partnering with frontline fundraisers and executives.

The role requires 5–7 years of fundraising experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong skills with Salesforce, Hive, Google Suite, and Canva.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related fundraising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, Canva and Hive.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce data management, reporting, and dashboards for advancement.
• Coordinate CRM and technology integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee prospect research and donor profiling to inform strategy.
• Develop standardized fundraising reports and a single source of truth for metrics.
• Occasional overnight travel as needed for offsites and events.
