Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of actuarial and analytical professionals focused on Medicaid trend analytics and strategic advisory support.
• Direct recurring trend reviews, ensuring timely delivery of analyses, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex cost and utilization analyses into clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Partner with Finance, Clinical, Network, Operations, and Market Leadership to identify cost drivers and opportunities to improve total cost of care.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
• Oversee executive-ready reporting, presentations, and trend materials summarizing drivers, risks, and actions.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of ad hoc requests balancing stakeholders and objectives.
• Ensure findings are supported by sound methodologies and clear communication of assumptions.
