Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting to lead a team delivering Medicaid trend insights and strategic advisory services.

You will translate complex analyses into compelling narratives for senior leaders and collaborate across Finance, Clinical, Network, Operations, and Market Leadership to improve total cost of care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ASA or FSA designation with MAAA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of actuarial associates for Medicaid trend analytics and advisory support.
• Direct recurring trend review processes with timely high-quality analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Translate cost and utilization analyses into clear narratives for executive audiences across leadership levels.
• Partner with Finance, Clinical, Network, Operations, and Market Leadership to drive total cost of care insights.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decisions.
• Oversee executive-ready reporting and trend materials summarizing drivers, risks, and actions.
• Manage intake of ad hoc analytics requests balancing stakeholder needs and team capacity.
• Ensure analyses are supported by sound methodologies and clear assumptions.
• Collaborate with actuarial, financial and clinical partners to tie findings to business outcomes.
• Foster curiosity, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership within the team.
