Qualifications

• Portfolio shows copywriting, editing, and strategic thinking across long and short formats.
• ACD-level experience leading work in a creative department, at an agency or in-house.
• Experience in advertising agency.
• Experience in financial services and fintech.
• Ability to connect messaging frameworks to business and audience objectives.
• Collaborative and empathetic mindset.
• Proficient with collaboration tools (Google Docs/Drive, Slack, Zoom, MS Word/PowerPoint, Box, Figma).

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and execute multi-channel concepts that are on brief and on brand.
• Think strategically before you write: interrogate briefs, identify insights, and ensure the idea performs real work.
• Concept, write, and copyedit across formats: websites, email, social, video storyboards, sales collateral, presentations, infographics, data visualizations, and brand guidelines.
• Partner with the Creative Director and step into an elevated role when needed.
• Ensure cohesive brand voice across a complex system of business units.
• Balance bold new ideas with efficient development within existing templates.
• Lead multiple projects and deadlines with high-quality output.
• Present work with confidence, clarity, and rationale.
• Stay connected with the team but work independently when needed.
