Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead pharma-focused creative teams. You’ll oversee copy, design, and UX across channels, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality output.

The role requires extensive pharma ad experience, team leadership, and a strong client-facing portfolio. Hybrid and remote work options are available, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience, with at least 3 years in pharma.
• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, writing or equivalent area of study preferred.
• Pharmaceutical/medical device experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver breakthrough creative work and guide peers.
• Lead projects from conception to completion.
• Understand client and Avalere Health goals and align strategies.
• Develop and manage multiple brands’ copy and design across media.
• Mentor junior creatives and build client relationships.
