Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead pharma-focused copy across multiple media. You will guide teams of art directors, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-impact work that aligns with strategic insights and client goals.

You will manage complex projects, mentor junior creatives, and build strong client relationships while ensuring timely, high-quality outputs. Hybrid/remote options are available, with global collaboration and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of creative copywriting experience, including pharma.
• Pharmaceutical experience is required.
• Launch experience is required.
• Direct writing and design across interactive, motion and print projects.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.
