• 10–15+ years of professional copywriting in advertising or agency.
• Proven ability to lead creative concepts and campaigns.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, video, and social.
• Experience presenting work to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.
• Commitment to collaboration and a positive team culture.
