Job summary

Real Chemistry and its 21GRAMS unit are seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead creative engagements across healthcare client accounts. This role can be remote within the United States or based in one of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, SF, or Carmel, IN.

You will structure narratives, write in diverse voices, mentor teams, and drive campaigns from concept to award-ready output while maintaining client relationships and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience writing for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating healthcare creative writing.
• Strong ability to adapt voice for multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Structure narratives and write in voices to suit client and audience.
• Collaborate with ACD, Art to develop campaigns.
• Lead creative engagements across multiple accounts.
• Mentor teams and manage client relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day deliverables under deadlines.
