Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead creative engagements across healthcare client accounts. You’ll craft narratives, write in multiple voices, and mentor teams while partnering with Art directors to shape campaigns that drive behavior and outcomes.

Based remotely in the United States or in one of our US offices (New York, Boston, Chicago, and more), this role offers flexibility, strong collaboration, and opportunities to advance a high-science pharma portfolio.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
• 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment.
• A consistent record of creative ability and judgment.
• A comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities and ability to produce work in high-science pharma categories.

Responsibilities

• Structure a complete narrative and write in different voices.
• Collaborate with ACD, Art to produce campaigns.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
• Manage teams, output and client relationships.
• Concepts and campaigns aligned with client strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Mentor teams internally and externally.
• Manage awards submissions and case studies.
• Participate in high-level projects and new business pitches.
