Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to lead creative engagements across healthcare client accounts. You’ll translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives and manage a team to deliver digital campaigns across channels.

We value experience in health care/pharma and a strong portfolio across high-science categories. The role supports flexible remote work within the United States and may be based in multiple U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
• 5–7+ years of healthcare/pharma agency experience.
• BA degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
• A comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities in high-science pharma categories.

Responsibilities

• Structure narratives and write in different voices for clients and audiences.
• Collaborate with ACD, Copy to produce campaigns and experiences.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
• Mentor teams and manage creative output and client relationships.
• Oversee campaign concepts and execution aligned with client strategy.
• Manage day-to-day deliverables under tight deadlines with high-quality work.
