Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to lead creative engagements across healthcare client accounts. You will act as the digital translator of brand strategy, guiding the consumer and HCP journey, and leading a team to leverage emerging technologies in engaging audiences anywhere at any time.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
• 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment.
• BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred).
• A comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities in high-science pharma categories.

Responsibilities

• Structure a complete narrative and adapt voice for client/audience.
• Collaborate with ACD, Copy to craft standout campaigns and experiences.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
• Manage teams, output, and client relationships.
• Develop concepts and campaigns aligned with client strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day deliverables under tight deadlines with high-quality output.
• Mentor teams internally and externally.
• Manage awards submissions and case studies for the brand.
• Contribute to high-level projects and new business pitches.
