Real Chemistry is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Art to lead creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts. With 5-7+ years of health care/pharma agency experience, you will translate brand strategy into bold, patient- and HCP-focused ideas and mentor teams toward best-in-class digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
• Ability to write in different voices to suit client and audience.
• A comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities in high-science pharma.

Responsibilities

• Structure complete narratives and adapt voice for client and audience needs.
• Collaborate with ACD, Copy to create standout campaigns and experiences.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
• Manage teams, creative output and client relationships.
• Develop concepts and campaigns aligned with client strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day deliverables under tight deadlines while delivering top work.
• Mentor teams internally and externally.
• Manage awards submissions and case studies.
• Participate in high-level projects and new business pitches.
