Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to lead creative engagements across healthcare accounts. You will guide visual storytelling and work with interdisciplinary teams to transform brand platforms for both consumer/patient audiences and healthcare professionals.

The role requires prior health care advertising experience, a strong portfolio in high-science pharma, and a BA in a related field.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
• 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment.
• BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred).
• A comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities in high-science pharma categories.

Responsibilities

• Structure a complete narrative and write in different voices for client/audience.
• Work with ACD, Copy to produce standout campaigns and experiences.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
• Manage teams, creative output and client relationships.
• Concepts and campaign execution aligned with client strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day deliverables under tight deadlines, delivering best-in-class work.
• Mentor teams internally and externally.
• Manage awards submissions and case studies.
