Qualifications

• Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and active admission to the Bar in an Americas jurisdiction.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law in the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Support offboarding, pre-litigation, and litigation matters across the Americas under the guidance of senior counsel.
• Assist with disciplinary hearings, conciliation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings.
• Draft and review termination notices and separation agreements to ensure compliance with local standards.
• Liaise with external counsel and coordinate scope validation, fee tracking, and deliverables quality.
