Primary responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs and opinions, rendering advice on liability and damages, and managing pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and trials.

Qualificações

• JD degree and NY Bar admission required.
• 2–6+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or personal injury.
