Responsibilities

• Defend lawsuits filed in New York courts and handle first-party insurance defense.
• Research applicable laws and prepare legal briefs.
• Render opinions on liability and damages; handle pleadings, motions, and discovery (including depositions).
• Travel to trials, hearings, depositions, and meetings as required.
