Job summary

The NBA is seeking a Senior Director to oversee compliance and integrity matters related to sports betting and prediction markets. You will report to the Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, League Governance & Policy, and help manage and enhance integrity systems and training across the league.

Responsibilities include coordinating with league partners, expanding monitoring platforms, and guiding internal stakeholders on applicable laws and NBA rules.

Qualifications

• JD degree and bar admission required.
• 3–5 years of law firm or in-house compliance experience.
• Experience in litigation or compliance roles preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to administer and enhance gaming integrity infrastructure.
• Develop and expand monitoring for sports betting and prediction markets.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to internal teams.
• Assist in Gaming Policy training and awareness programs.
• Support investigations into Gaming Policy violations.
• Contribute to league marketing rules and guidelines for betting.
