The National Basketball Association (NBA) seeks an Associate Counsel, Player Matters to join its Legal Department in New York. The role focuses on matters related to NBA players, the CBA with NBPA, and game administration, offering exposure to high-profile issues in professional basketball.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. with NY admission and at least 3 years of legal experience, excellent analytical and writing skills, strong oral communication, and comfort with financial concepts.

Mansioni

• Provide support related to NBA player matters under the CBA and NBPA.
• Assist with administration of NBA rules, trades, NBA Draft and player contract management.
• Support annual processes auditing league revenues/expenses for BRI determinations.
