The NBA is seeking a Senior Director to manage compliance, business, and integrity matters relating to sports betting and prediction markets. Reporting to the VP & Assistant General Counsel, you will oversee integrity systems, training, and investigations across leagues and teams.

Requirements include a JD and 3–5 years in litigation or compliance. Salary range listed is $200,000-$245,000, with a discretionary annual bonus. This is a hybrid role with remote option one day per week in New York.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and league partners to administer and enhance existing sports betting integrity infrastructure.
• Adapt and expand existing integrity monitoring infrastructure to address sports prediction markets, including working with analytics to develop a comprehensive monitoring platform.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders across federal, state and international laws.
• Develop and administer Gaming Policy training, education, and awareness programs.
• Support investigations into potential Gaming Policy violations.
• Work on league marketing rules and guidelines related to betting and prediction markets.
• Handle special projects as needed.
