The National Basketball Association (NBA) seeks a Senior Director to manage compliance, integrity, and policy matters related to sports betting and prediction markets. You will report to the Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, League Governance & Policy, and help strengthen integrity systems across leagues and partners.

Responsibilities include expanding monitoring platforms, providing regulatory guidance, overseeing Gaming Policy training, and supporting investigations, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Juris doctor degree and bar admission.
• 3-5 years of law firm or in-house experience in a litigation or compliance role.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and league partners to administer integrity infrastructure.
• Adapt and expand integrity monitoring to sports betting and prediction markets with analytics team.
• Support policy work under NBA rules and applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and administer Gaming Policy training and awareness programs.
• Support investigations into potential Gaming Policy violations.
• Work on league marketing rules relating to sports betting and prediction markets.
• Handle special projects as needed.
