Qualifications

• 3–5 years of legal experience in drafting and negotiating corporate or large-scale contracts.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission to practice in one or more states.

Responsibilities

• Review, red-line, negotiate and implement customer and vendor contracts.
• Advise on impact of contractual language and propose alternatives.
• Collaborate with GC, sales, operations, and finance on proposed contracts.
• Gatekeeper to ensure review and approval of contract language.
