Qualifications

• 3–5 years of legal experience drafting and negotiating corporate or large-scale contracts.
• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school and current bar admission.
• Experience reviewing, red-lining and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, red-line, negotiate, and implement customer and vendor contracts.
• Evaluate proposed language and propose alternatives to protect the company.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and cross-functional teams on contract revisions.
• Serve as contract gatekeeper for review, approval and retention.
• Develop and manage the master contract logs.
• Communicate professionally in line with company culture and audience.
• Work beyond regular hours as needed and handle additional duties.
