Job summary

Commvault is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join our Corporate Trust Team in the United States. You will contribute to governance, SEC reporting, sustainability, and strategic transactions, working under the Senior Corporate Counsel in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

The role requires a JD and U.S. bar membership with 2–3 years in corporate law, capital markets, or governance, plus strong research and writing skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2-3 years of corporate law, capital markets, securities compliance, or governance experience.
• Strong research and writing skills with ability to simplify complex regulatory developments.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of SEC filings and proxy season activities.
• Prepare board and committee materials and maintain corporate records.
• Support sanctions program, governance assessments, and sustainability reporting.
• Assist with M&A transactions, Treasury matters, and cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and discovery.
