Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney for our San Diego, CA office. The position mainly supports remote work with occasional in-person court appearances; candidates must reside within a reasonable distance for trials and hearings at the San Diego WCAB.

Responsibilities include managing a full caseload from assignment through completion, communicating effectively with the team and clients, meeting firm expectations, and representing the firm at company and client events.

Qualifications

• CA workers' compensation attorney with 1+ year experience.
• Active CA Bar License.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• California Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
