Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with Workers' Compensation expertise to join a remote Bay Area team. The ideal candidate will be California Barred and reside in Northern California, bringing seasoned advocacy for employees' rights.

Responsibilities include managing dockets, preparing for and attending depositions, and mentoring non-attorney staff. Strong negotiation and client-management skills are essential, with attention to detail and excellent written/verbal

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
• Handle invoicing for depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations.
• Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
• Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.
