Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a full-time, remote Associate Attorney specializing in workers' compensation for candidates based in the California Bay Area. You will manage a caseload, support clients through the legal process, and collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of workers' compensation experience, is admitted to the California Bar, resides in Northern California, and can handle depositions and client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with depositions, including medical depositions, preferred.
• Must reside in Northern California.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of workers' compensation cases through resolution.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries and guide matters toward resolution.
• Communicate via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide direction and support to paralegals and other staff.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Offer feedback to improve processes and client service.
