Job summary

RightWorks is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in trade secrets and non-compete matters for a remote Colorado opportunity to work with our Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation experience, including motions for injunctive relief, expedited discovery, depositions, and discovery. Colorado admission and residency are required; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation experience.
• Experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, expedited discovery, deposition and discovery.
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado and reside in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret matters for clients.
• Handle motions for injunctive relief and expedited discovery, manage depositions and discovery.
• Collaborate with Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice across remote Colorado matters.
