Ideal candidates will have PA bar admission, a J.D., strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative firm culture that emphasizes growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires Juris Doctor degree and PA Bar admission.
• Experience with creditors’ rights and real estate law preferred.
• Admission to PA Bar is required for the Associate Attorney role.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to filing of the action, including review of loan documents, financials, and demand letters
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions
• Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
