Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Ensure all internal systems are updated with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Exercise confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
