Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage active litigation files and draft pleadings.
• Draft, review, and file motions, discovery, and pleadings.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and develop case strategy.
