Qualifications

• Admission to practice law in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions for active litigation files.
• Advocate on behalf of clients at various litigation settings.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with client and firm procedures.
