Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Trevose, PA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our nationally recognized creditor rights team. The role requires strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on ethics and litigation support.

The base salary range is $85,000-$100,000 per year, with eligible bonus potential and full benefits. Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint may be required as part of active litigation and client representation.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions in active litigation.
• Review case files to determine appropriate action and advocate for clients.
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with case strategy development.
