Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings; Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
