Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its national creditors’ rights and real estate practice. The role is on-site in Greenville, SC or Boca Raton, FL, with the ability to organize workloads, meet deadlines, and deliver precise pleadings and client-ready work products.

The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor, be admitted to the SC Bar, and thrive in a fast-paced, volume-based environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required.
• Bar membership in SC required.
• High-volume operations setting with deadlines and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing; review of loan documents, financials, and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Ensure all internal systems are updated with findings and recommendations.
• Exercise confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comply with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
