Wyatt & Associates is seeking an Associate Attorney- Employment Law to support plaintiff-side litigation and client intake. This remote role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited school, a Bar score of 270+, and relocation to the New England region or New York.

The position offers growth with opportunities in discrimination, whistle-blower retaliation, wage-hour, and wrongful termination claims across federal and state forums.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school.
• Bar examination score of at least 270 required.
• Must live in New England states or New York.
• Pre-existing admission to a state bar preferred (NY or NE states preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to assess case strengths and offer initial consultations.
• Draft administrative charges, court filings, and related litigation documents.
• Travel to agency and court hearings, including mediations, as needed.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel on behalf of clients.
• Manage litigation cases under partner supervision and meet deadlines.
• Perform legal research and memo writing to support cases.
• Maintain organization and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
