Qualifications

• 2+ years of labor & employment litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, FMLA, ADA and New York statutes.
• Excellent legal writing and independent caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of employment litigation—depositions, discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Represent employers in wage and hour, discrimination, and restrictive covenant disputes.
• Advise clients on wage/hour compliance, employment agreements, and policy matters.
• Appear before EEOC, NYSDHR, DOL, and NLRB on relevant matters.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and client advisory memos; conduct internal investigations.
