Agnello & Rogers, a consumer protection law firm, seeks a full-time Associate Attorney to handle Nevada matters from home with occasional travel for court appearances. The role involves drafting pleadings and memos, managing a heavy caseload, and coordinating with our New York office.

Ideal candidates are admitted in Nevada, possess strong organizational and research abilities, and demonstrate impeccable written and oral communication skills, along with professional integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Nevada.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and employees at all levels.
• Strong legal research skills -- LexisNexis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in Nevada.
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.
• While this role is based from home, you will be required to travel for in court appearances.
