Qualifications

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Nevada.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Superior organizational & time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and staff.
• Strong legal research skills — LexisNexis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of Nevada clients.
• Communicating with clients regarding their matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; reviewing and drafting agreements.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Legal research related to contract law and other consumer law areas.
• Travel for in-court appearances.
