Boutique California Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This is a 100% remote role with meaningful ownership of matters and direct client interaction.

The position offers competitive compensation up to $200,000 DOE, with a 1,260 billable hours target and opportunities to manage your own cases and client relationships, including motions, depositions, hearings, and litigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license in-good-standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle hearings, mediations and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide practical legal guidance.
