Job description

A well-established national civil litigation and insurance defense firm with nearly a century of history is looking for an Associate Attorney to join its growing California team. The firm has about 80 attorneys across six offices, and more than 125 domestic and international insurers trust it with their work. Its attorneys are recognized by Chambers, Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers.

This role is fully remote. You'll get meaningful litigation work, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and direct client communication, in a supportive and collegial culture with real professional development.

Compensation

$140,000+ base salary.

Bonus program

The annual billable target is 1,800 hours, and up to 50 pro bono hours count toward it. Tiered bonuses start at 1,850 hours and reach $50,000 at the top tier.
