The Agency is seeking a senior attorney to lead employment defense litigation in a fully remote role. You will own a full caseload from intake to resolution and manage every stage of litigation, with autonomy and collaboration within a professional team.

Based in or near Los Angeles or Pasadena, you will bring 8–15 years of defense experience, strong research and writing skills, and a track record of independent case management. CA Bar in good standing is required.

Location: Remote. Candidates must be based in or near Los Angeles or Pasadena.

What You'll Do

• Own a full caseload of employment defense litigation matters from intake to resolution
• Handle every phase of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep
• Independently develop and execute winning case strategies
• Dive into complex employment law research and analysis
• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders
• Represent the firm in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Keep case files sharp, organized, and deadline compliant

What You Bring

• 8 to 15 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on employment defense
• A track record of managing cases independently, with minimal oversight
• Deep, hands on experience across all stages of litigation
• Sharp legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Strong communication and advocacy abilities
• Active California State Bar admission in good standing
• JD from an accredited law school
