You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, manage caseload from inception to trial, and collaborate with partners to deliver strong advocacy while enjoying flexible work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and Connecticut State Bar admission or adequate UBE score.
• 3–8 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or related area.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions and thorough legal research.
• Attention to detail, prioritization, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage caseload from inception to conclusion, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials with strong advocacy.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Provide status updates and written reports to clients; perform legal research and memos.
• Support partners and senior attorneys in case management and courtroom proceedings.
