Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed or eligible for CT State Bar or adequate UBE score
• 1–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload from inception to conclusion.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and senior attorneys to devise litigation strategies.
