Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Excel proficiency with advanced functions and data analysis.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively.
• Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling information.
• Fluency in French is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting missions.
• Entering AP and AR invoices.
• AP/AR reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
• Maintaining accounting software integrations and posting vendor payments.
• Assisting with month-end closing preparation.
• Maintaining client databases and vendor files.
• Posting entries from reimbursements tools and analyzing differences.
• Reporting analyses.
