Orbiss, a US-based advisory and tax firm in San Francisco, seeks an Associate Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, enter AP/AR invoices, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close. You will maintain software integrations, post vendor payments, and perform reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 2+ years at an international accounting firm, excellent Excel, and fluency in French.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an international accounting firm.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting tasks.
• Enter AP and AR invoices.
• AP/AR reconciliation.
• Maintain accounting software integrations.
• Post vendor payments.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain client databases and vendor files.
• Post entries and imports from other software.
• Analyze differences and provide recommendations.
• Produce report analyses.
